Amazon Job Description:

Amazon is hiring candidates for the post of Operation Executive.

Amazon Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Join the Operations team as SellerFlex Operations Executive (SFOE).
• As SFOE you will be responsible for monitoring multiple seller flex sites from an operations and compliance point of view.
• You will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and operations metrics.
• With customer obsession and a high sense of ownership, you will utilize your skills to identify patterns and any disruptions in them.
• You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details, and foresee data implications.
• You must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly and to travel to seller nodes to launch, set up & monitor Flex operations.

Amazon Job Eligibility Criteria and basic Qualification:

• Strong MS office knowledge
• Willingness to travel 4-5 days a week
• Excellent Communication skills – written and verbal
• Exposure to ERP, operations dashboards, and tools 5. Previous experience in FMCG, warehousing, online retail, etc.

Amazon Job Preferred skill:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail
• Engineering graduate preferable
