Apple Job Description:

Apple is hiring candidates for the post of Full Stack Software Engineer.

Apple Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Solve complex research-oriented problems with innovative solutions. – Design, architect and implement new frameworks and daemons, primarily in Swift/Objective-C.
• Implement features that involve communication over network layers with other hardware components and various cloud back-ends.
• Understand product requirements, engage with team members and customers to define solutions, and estimate the scope of work required.
• Deliver solutions that can keep up with a rapidly evolving product.
• Develop software that works in safety-critical environments, and build test and verification pipelines that ensure reliability and resiliency.

Apple Job Eligibility Criteria:

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Swift and/or Objective-C.
• Familiarity with common iOS, iPadOS, MacOS frameworks including low-level I/O and kernel frameworks including Core Data, Core Animation, Core Audio, Dispatch, IOKit, XPC, Kernel Management, DNSSD, OS, CloudKit, Metal, etc.
• Familiarity with advanced cognitive, kernel and graphics toolkit iOS, iPadOS, MacOS frameworks including CoreML, AppKit, VisionKit, Hypervisor, RealityKit, ARKit, etc.

Apple Job Preferred skill:

• Knowledge & experience with C, Golang, or Java.
• Experience developing applications using micro service and SOA-based architectures with highly scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL(MySQL, Postgres, etc.) and No-SQL(MongoDB, CouchDB, Cassandra, Couchbase, etc.) databases.
• Experience in designing and building cloud-based responsive server-side applications using server-side technologies and languages.
