- Computer Based Examination (75% Weightage)
- Interview (25% Weightage)
BHEL Engineer Trainee Recruitment Application Fee:
- For UR / EWS / OBC: ₹ 500/- for Application Fee, ₹ 300/- + GST for Processing Fee.
- For SC / ST / PWD / Ex-Servicemen: ₹ 300/- + GST for Processing Fee Only.
- The fee should be made through online mode using Debit card/ credit card/ net banking etc.

- During Training Period, Basic Pay of ₹ 50,000/-, Scale of Pay ₹ 50000 – 160000/- per month*
- After Successful completion of training, Scale of Pay ₹ 60000 – 180000/-per month*
