Broadridge Job Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of Capital markets is good to have
- Basic Knowledge of Corporate Law specific to shareholder meetings would be an added advantage
- Flexible to work in shifts including night shifts
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and keyboard skills
- Daily processing of Shareholders meetings for 120+ markets
- Maintain High-Level Quality standards as per client requirements.
- Complete daily processing as per agreed client SLAs

- Should be a Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce or MBA.
