- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (B.L.) from a recognized university established by Law in India.

- Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)
- Main Examination (Descriptive Type)
- Personality Test (Interview)
JKPSC Recruitment Application Fee:
- ₹ 1000/- for General Category.
- ₹ 500/- for Reserved Categories.
- No fee for PHC Candidates.
JKPSC Recruitment Salary
- During training period, the OPTCL will be pay ₹ 50,000/- per month stipend.
- After successful training, Pay Matrix is ₹ 56100 – 177500/- (Level EE-2).
