Kaarlo Training & HR Solutions Job Roles and Responsibilities
- The Relationship Manager acts as an interface between the company & customers.
- He/She should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs.
- Ensure all Training Modules laid by the L&D department are attended and certifications obtained
- Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits)
- Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT.
- Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved – Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
- Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis.
- Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers.
- Educate the Customer about the company/ channel.
- Customer Servicing. – Ensure strict adherence to Human resource Norms.
- Policies & processes.
Kaarlo Training & HR Solutions Job Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Undergraduate- Minimum 12 pass
- MBA fresher or 6 months to 1 year experience

- Excellent Comm skills and presentable.
- Strong Financial Market and Life Insurance Knowledge.
