Kaarlo Training & HR Solutions Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • The Relationship Manager acts as an interface between the company & customers.
  • He/She should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs.
  • Ensure all Training Modules laid by the L&D department are attended and certifications obtained
  • Direct selling to the customers via appointments     ( Office/ Home visits)
  • Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT.
  • Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved – Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis.
  • Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers.
  • Educate the Customer about the company/ channel.
  • Customer Servicing. – Ensure strict adherence to Human resource Norms.
  • Policies & processes.

Kaarlo Training & HR Solutions Job Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / Undergraduate- Minimum 12 pass
  • MBA fresher or 6 months to 1 year experience

  • Excellent Comm skills and presentable.
