- For Senior Medical Specialist: 42 years
- For Senior Medical Officer / Medical Specialist: 35 years
- Age Relaxation – 03 years for OBC NCL, 05 years for SC / ST, 10 years for PwBD.

- For Senior Medical Specialist: MBBS with Post Graduate Degree / DNB from Medical Council of India (MCI) recognized Institute / College. Minimum 03 years post qualification experience.
- For Senior Medical Specialist: MBBS + PG Degree / DNB from recognized Institute approved by MCI.
- For Senior Medical Officer: MBBS from MCI recognized Institute / College.
- For Senior Medical Officer – Dental: BDS from recognized Institute / College by Dental Council of India with 01 year post qualification experience from a Hospital / Clinic.
