- Principal Designer: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Design. Minimum 10 years experience in relevant field of Design.
- Senior Faculty/ Designer (Associate Professor): Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Design. Minimum 10 years experience in relevant field of Design.
- Associate Senior Faculty/ Designer (Assistant Professor): Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Design. Minimum 07 years experience in relevant field of Design.
- Designer/ Faculty: Degree / Diploma in Design. Minimum 05 years relevant experience.
- Senior Technical Instructor: Degree / Diploma in Engineering/ Technology Design. Minimum 05 years in relevant field of Technology/ Engineering.
- Senior Design Instructor: Degree/ Diploma in Design. Minimum 05 years experience in relevant field of Design.
- Deputy Engineer (Electrical): A degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 03 years post qualification experience.
- Associate Senior Design Instructor: A Degree or Diploma in the relevant discipline/ subject. 04 years in case of Degree holder or six years in case of Diploma holder in the relevant field.
- Design Instructor: 3 years Diploma in relevant discipline/area/ subject. Minimum 04 years post qualification experience.
