- Maximum 28 years as on 15/09/2022.
- Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST and 03 years for OBC (NCL)/
SAIL Bokaro Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
- Matriculation Pass.
- Completion of apprenticeship training of minimum one year duration in designated trade from an integrated steel plant and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by National Council for Vocational Training.

- General Awareness (40 Questions)
- Logical Reasoning (30 Questions)
- Quantitative Aptitude (30 Questions)
- The test will comprise of a total 100 questions which are to be attempted in 90 mins.

- ₹ 200/- for General / OBC / EWS category candidates.
- ₹ 100/- processing fee only for SC/ ST/ PwD/ ESM & Departmental candidates.

- During Training period – ₹ 12900/- per month for 1st year, ₹ 16100/- per month for 2nd year.
