Salesforce Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Development Representative you will act as part of a Regional Sales Team supporting several Account Executives hunting new business through both inbound and outbound channels
  • Your mission will be to apply pipeline generation skills to identify and acquire new customers in Small and emerging, medium-sized enterprises to help grow and develop our presence in India
  • Become a Salesforce evangelist and champion the innovative power of our solutions. You will work on game-changing ideas, use deep business insight and market knowledge to play a critical role in bringing prospects through the full sales cycle.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business

Salesforce Job Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA/ PGDM

Salesforce Job Preferred skill

  • 0 – 3 years of proven track record of success in sales/business development in a target driven environment, ideally in CRM/Saas/High-Tech
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to engage CXOs and Founders in building a value proposition for Salesforce 360 platform.
  • High motivation, resilience, positive attitude and ambition to build a career at Salesforce
  • Very strong communication skills with ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment
  • Very strong business acumen, interest in technology and how it’s shaping businesses.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
