- Maximum 37 years for SC / ST / MBC / BC / BCMs / Destitute Widows.
- Maximum 32 years for General / Others.

- Post Graduate Degree in Public Administration. (OR)
- Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with Specialization in Finance.
