| Senior Design Officer Grade-I (Engineering) | Degree in Mechanical / Marine Engineering. 05 years practical experience in design / installation /construction of ships. |
| Scientist ‘B’ (Documents) | Master Degree in Chemistry or Physics or Forensic Science with Chemistry or Physics as one of the subjects during all the three years of Bachelor of Science. 03 years experience of analytical methods and research therein in the field of Documents Examination. |
| Scientist ‘B’ (Forensic Narcotics) | Master Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry OR Master Degree in Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects during all the three years of Bachelor of Science. 03 years experience of analytical methods and research therein in the field of Forensic Narcotics. |
| Junior Scientific Officer (Ballistics) | Masters degree in Physics or Mathematics or Applied Mathematics or Forensic Science with Physics or Mathematics as one of the subjects during all the three years of Bachelor of Science. Minimum 03 years research experience. |
| Assistant Architect | Degree in Architecture. Registered with Council of Architecture as Architect. |

UPSC Recruitment Selection Process
- Interview Only (OR) Recruitment Test (RT) followed by Interview.
UPSC Recruitment Application Fee:
- ₹ 25/- only for General / OBC / EWS Male candidates.
- No fee for SC / ST / PwBD / Women candidates.
- The fee should be made through online payment mode by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/ master credit/ debit card (OR) any branch of the SBI by cash.
